SupportYourOwn is a hub where brands meet their fans. On SPYO, there is a two way relationship between brands and their fans, where fans support brands by sharing the link to their page, purchasing from them or downloading digital items for brands who offer digital items, even financially support their campaigns to help brands have a greater reach. In turn brands can reward their fans financially, and interms of other items.
What is a Campaign? +
On Facebook you have posts, on Twitter you have tweets, on SPYO we have campaigns which are the main objects of interaction on the platform. Campaigns follow the concept that brands generally run campaigns to achieve visibility, engagement or conversion. On support your own there are three objectives a brand may want to achieve with a campaingn which are link, sell, download.
Which campaign objective should I choose? +
A brand who wishes to attract traffic to its website or campaign, then Link Objective is best suited as objective. If a campaign with a link objective is rewarded, fans who bring others to click the visit the button that redirects to the link specified by the brand, they will be rewarded.
A brand who wishes to sell or propose physical items via its campaign should go for the Sell Objective. The Sell objective widget allows the brand to add a catologue, specify a price and a link through which the brand can be reached. Fans can also chat with the brand on SPYO. A sell objective campaign is good for a brand proposing a new product or offering.
Download Objective campaigns are useful when a brand wants to offer a digital asset for download. These asset can be an image, a pdf file, zip, audio or video file. This objective best suits Artists and creators.
